Nir Avraham
Engineer and real estate investor. I build the AI voice agents and automation behind Beenyan, and I write everything published here. Seven years in software, most of them spent close to property, which is why the two ended up in the same place.
Beenyan came out of two things that had been running in parallel for years: writing software, and being around real estate closely enough to see where it loses money.
I have spent roughly seven years as a developer. For most of that time real estate was the world I was closest to — not as a market to sell into, but as the environment the work sat in. I also invest in property myself, which is the part that changed how I see the problems. When a lead goes unanswered for six hours, or a utility bill quietly carries an error nobody checks, the cost is not theoretical. It comes out of a margin I am also holding.
So the combination was less a business decision than an obvious one. The engineering side knew what could be automated. The property side knew what was worth automating. Beenyan is what sits between them: AI voice agents that answer and qualify leads around the clock, automation that removes the repetitive work behind leasing and operations, and — through our partner Conduit Labs — utility optimization for owners who have never had their spend properly examined.
Everything published on this site is written by me. If a number appears in an article, I can show where it comes from.

Seven years building software
A working engineer before anything else. Beenyan's voice agents and automations are built, not bought and rebranded — which means they get shaped around how a business actually operates rather than how a product roadmap says it should.
A long-standing connection to real estate
Real estate was never a vertical picked off a list. It has been the world around the work for years — the people, the operations, the way deals and buildings actually get run day to day.
An investor in the same market
Owning property changes which problems look urgent. Slow lead response, utility bills nobody audits, and busywork that scales with door count are not abstractions when it is your own operating margin absorbing them.
